Permission Setting in Quality Control

The Permission Setting feature controls user access within the Quality Control module. This ensures that only authorized personnel can view, create, edit, or delete data

  • Employee: can access the modules based on their permission. 
  • Admin: has unrestricted access to all the modules. You as an admin, can assign permission for employee.

Add Permission

  • Step 1. Go to Quality module →  Settings →  Permissions
  • Step 2. Click the New button
  • Step 3. In the Add Permissions popup window, provide the following details: 
    • Role: Select a role (e.g., Quality Inspector, Supervisor). The permission will be applied to all users assigned to this role.
    • Full Name: Select an individual user if the permission is to be assigned personally instead of by role.
    • View(Global): Grants read-only access to all records within the module.
    • Create: Grants the ability to create new entries (e.g., Control Points).
    • Edit: Grants permission to modify existing records.
    • Delete: Grants the ability to delete records.
  • Step 4. Click Save to finalize the permission setup.
